Cardiff City favourites Mark Hudson and Sol Bamba are among the early front-runners to succeed Steve Morison in the Bluebirds hot-seat.

Morison was dismissed from his role on Sunday afternoon, following the 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town on Saturday, in a move which has clearly shocked many supporters.

Attention now turns to his successor, with interim boss Hudson now the favourite with the bookies to take the reins on a permanent basis, while odds on Bamba have also shortened within the last few hours.

Sean Dyche and Nathan Jones, both among the early front-runners, have seen their odds drift.
