Cardiff City new manager search Live: Lamouchi departs as Bluebirds hunt begins

Cardiff City are once again searching for a new manager after deciding against offering Sabri Lamouchi a new deal.

Lamouchi, along with No.2 Sol Bamba, guided the Bluebirds to Championship safety after staring relegation square in the face for much of the campaign.

Lamouchi met with Vincent Tan in London last Thursday but, five days later, we understand he will not be kept on and Cardiff will indeed employ a new manager. You can read the full story here.

It means that Cardiff are now looking for their fifth manager since Mick McCarthy took over in early 2021. McCarthy, Steve Morison, Mark Hudson and, now, Lamouchi have all come and gone in that time.
