Carabao Cup 3rd round draw Live: Updates as Newport County, Liverpool, Man Utd and others await fate

Newport County are Wales' sole representatives in the third round of this season's Carabao Cup.

The Exiles came from behind to beat Portsmouth 3-2 on Tuesday night to book their place in tonight's draw.

They will be joined by the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United in tonight's draw - which takes place following the conclusion of the second round contest between Newcastle United and Tranmere Rovers.

Third round matches will take place on the week beginning Monday, November 7.
