Fox News host Jesse Watters discusses ‘border czar’ Tom Homan announcing he made a deal with state and local officials in Minnesota and the unrest in the state on ‘Jesse Watters Primetime.’

The incidents sparked days of unrest in Minneapolis and in cities and suburbs around the state’s capital.
