Cadbury lovers race to buy huge 2kg chocolate box reduced in cheaper than Tesco deal

Amazon shoppers are snapping up a massive box of Cadbury chocolate while it's reduced in price ahead of Easter. The Cadbury Heroes Chocolate Bulk Share Box typically retails for £25 but has been marked down by 34% as part of Amazon's Spring Deal Days sale.

That brings the total down down to a more manageable £16.50 (at the time of writing). While the tubs you'd typically find in the supermarkets at Christmas are currently out of stock online, a small 290g box is available from Tesco for £4.50.

If you break the numbers down, the bulk box works out to cost 83p per 100g while the Tesco version costs £1.55 per 100g, making it a far more cost effective option. Plus, Amazon offers free delivery if you're a Prime member.

The box contains miniature versions of Cadbury Fudge, Cadbury Twirl, and Cadbury Creme Egg Twisted. You'll also get mini Cadbury Eclairs, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel, Cadbury Wispa, Cadbury Dinky Decker and Cadbury Crunchie Bits.
