Burnley vs Aston Villa TV channel, live stream and how to watch

Aston Villa will hope to make it two wins on the bounce when they travel to face Burnley today (3pm).

Steven Gerrard’s side ended five games without a win with their 2-0 victory over Norwich City last weekend. Both Ollie Watkins and Danny Ings got on the scoresheet as Villa relegated Dean Smith’s side at Villa Park.

In their bid to avoid Norwich’s fate, Burnley have recorded three consecutive wins under caretaker boss Mike Jackson and currently sit two points above the drop zone, while Villa will hope to move closer to the top half of the table with a win. However, the match will not be broadcast domestically due to the 3pm blackout rule.

For supporters based in the UK, highlights will be available on Sky Sports soon after the final whistle while Match of the Day will be aired at 10.20pm on BBC One. The match will be available to Villa’s international fanbase through a subscription to one of the Premier League’s various broadcast partners.

In North America, the match will be shown on Peacock in the USA and DAZN in Canada, as well as Spain and Japan. Meanwhile, Optus Sport holds the rights to show the game in Australia.

A mix of RUSH, SKY HD and Star+ will host the game in South America and ViaPlay will be showing the match across Scandinavia. In the Middle East and North Africa, beIN SPORTS will be broadcasting the match, while SuperSport will cover the rest of the African continent.

Speaking ahead of the weekend’s game, Steven Gerrard admitted it has been a frustrating season for his side. “The focus is on Burnley and the next three points,” he said .

"My job moving forward is to get the right blend and balance within the group and build a competitive team that can operate at higher levels in the league.
