Louw, 23, received a red card in the 37th minute of the Bulls' clash against the Cheetahs in Pretoria. He was deemed to have performed an illegal cleanout at a ruck.
The Bulls have successfully appealed the decision, with the red card now downgraded to a yellow card.
The player and his representatives appeared before an SA Rugby committee hearing earlier in the week.
The Cheetahs, who won 31-27 at Loftus Versfeld last Saturday, will host the Bulls in the semi-finals at Free State Stadium this Saturday (15:00).
In the other semi-final, the Sharks will host the Pumas in Durban (17:30).
