Buffalo Bills: ESPN analyst claims this one player 'could be the difference' in Super Bowl chase

ESPN analyst believes that one there is one player who could prove to be the difference for the Buffalo Bills in their attempts to win a Super Bowl, and it isn’t quarterback Josh Allen.

The Buffalo Bills are certainly in a position that they aren’t used to being in this season. Not since the early 1990s when they went to four straight Super Bowls have they been considered by so many in the league to be legitimate contenders for the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

They have certainly come a long way in recent years, it wasn’t too long ago that they were able to shrug off the record of having gone through the longest active streak in North American sports without even making it to the playoffs.

In the past two seasons though, they’ve really taken those big steps forward, losing in the AFC Championship game in 2020 before losing in the Divisional Round in 2021, both times on the road and both times to the juggernaut that is the Kansas City Chiefs.

But as the team develops, players get better and adjustments are made, so are the expectations, with the Bills heading into this season as many fans and pundits’ favourites to win it all.

And that success could end up being down to one man in particular, and that man is Von Miller.

The Bills had a stellar defensive unit last year, leading the league in terms of yards given up with just 4,637, the only team in the league to give up less than 5,000 total yards, and have managed to keep a lot of the core of that group together, only really losing cornerback Levi Wallace, but he was replaced by Kaiir Elam in the first round of the draft.
