Bruins sign veteran D Stralman to PTO
The Boston Bruins have signed veteran defenceman Anton Stralman to a professional tryout, the Bruins announced Saturday.

The 36-year-old posted eight goals and 23 points in 74 games with the Arizona Coyotes last season. Stralman reached free agency in July following a three-year, $16.5 million contract ($5.55 million AAV) with the Florida Panthers in 2019.
A seventh-round selection of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2005, Stralan recorded 63 goals and 293 points in 930 career games. The native of Tibro, Sweden, spent time with the Maple Leafs, Columbus Blue Jackets (2009-10), New York Rangers (2011-13, Tampa Bay Lightning (2014-18), Panthers (2019-20) and Coyotes (2021).
