Brentford are asking for “at least £40-45m” for Ivan Toney this summer as transfer expert Fabrizio Romano addresses the Man Utd transfer rumours.
Toney left Newcastle in 2018 to join Peterborough, bagging 49 goals in 94 matches for the Posh, before moving on again to Brentford in 2020.
The 26-year-old helped the Bees to promotion to the Premier League in his first season in London, scoring an impressive 31 goals in 45 Championship appearances.

There have been rumours that Man Utd want Toney replace Cristiano Ronaldo with the Portugal international looking to find a way out of Old Trafford this summer.
Newcastle, West Ham and Leeds have all also been linked with the Brentford striker but Romano claims that it will cost any club “at least £40-45m” to sign Toney.
Man Utd have not put an offer in for the Northampton-born striker, while Newcastle are interested but have not yet entered an “advanced negotiation”.
