Book your tickets today to watch world class celebrity chefs demos at this year’s Bolton Food and Drink Festival, taking place from August 26 to August 29, 2022.

There’s a celebrity for everyone with The Hairy Bikers, Ainsley Harriott and James Martin ready to entertain you in the kitchen.

The chefs will host three cookery demonstrations each day, Saturday will see Hairy Biker, Si King, roar into town with TV and radio presenter Jenny Powell joining him for the day, Sunday is when you can catch the infectious enthusiasm of Ainsley Harriott and Bank Holiday Monday is, once again a ‘magnificent Monday’ with the return of the ever-popular James Martin.

Ainsley Harriott will also be hosting the festival’s first ever Caribbean Cook Offat his 3pm slot on Sunday.

Join Ainsley and special guest chefs for an interactive cook-off, race against time, to create a delicious Caribbean meal. The audience will select the ultimate winner too!

As well as a fantastic Chef line up there’s also some brilliant special events taking place.

Enjoy a dance on Saturday evening with the fantastic The King Cush Band featuring none other than Hairy Hiker Si King who will, along with his band, be playing tight grooves and soulful tunes.

Or why not become part of the action on Sunday evening as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up mayhem on a plate alongside a three-course meal and two hours of non-stop laughter with The Faulty Towers Dining Experience.

If gin is more your thing, come and learn about the art of James Martin’s Gin with this fabulous James Martin Gin Masterclass. The session includes a glass of gin and gin tasters with some brilliant gin connoisseurs.
