Bobo gets all four quarterfinal results correct – time to take note!

1) Bobo, first things first: Where did you buy your crystal ball and please can I have it?! Your predictions for this World Cup to date have been incredible. The world should know about it. You're like Paul the Octopus who predicted all the results of the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

Seriously though, well done! That was super impressive, getting all the results of the quarterfinals correct, as well as predicting the exact score difference in the Boks' opener against Scotland. From now on, we should refer to you as “The Oracle”.

So let’s get this one out of the way first  please give us the semifinal answers as well as some margin of victory ranges.

2) The French brought their A-game on Sunday and, to be honest, I actually don’t know how we managed to win that one, given the pace and intensity that France displayed. The statistics also reflect a level of French dominance. What were the keys to victory in your opinion, Bobo?

The game plan of the French team under Fabien Galthié versus the Boks was to use a strategy called the “submerger”. This is when you find a weakness in the opposition and load numbers into that channel. An example of this was in France’s first try as they knew South Africa would let them have the front lineout ball and so they loaded players on the right side, giving Cyril Baille the first try in the corner.
