Blue Bombers' Jarell Broxton awarded title as CFL's most outstanding offensive lineman
Jarell Broxton of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers was named the CFL's top offensive lineman Wednesday.
Broxton becomes the seventh Blue Bomber to win the award.
Broxton started 17 regular-season games for a Winnipeg offensive line that paved the way for CFL rushing leader Brady Oliveira (1,493 yards).
He was ranked second among league offensive tackles with a Pro Football Focus (PFF) grade of 75.2 (minimum of 100 snaps).
Teammate Stanley Bryant — the most decorated offensive lineman in CFL history as a four-time winner (2017, 2018, 2021, 2022) — broke the news of Broxton's accomplishment during a team meeting.
