Bills agree to acquire Bears WR DJ Moore, sources say - ESPN
The Chicago Bears have agreed to a trade to send wide receiver DJ Moore to the Buffalo Bills, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Thursday.
The trade can't be finalized until the start of the 2026 league year next week.
The move gives quarterback Josh Allen a top target at wide receiver that has been missing since the team traded Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans in 2024.
Moore is under contract through the 2029 season and is scheduled to make a base salary of $23.5 million in 2026.
Moore had 50 receptions for 682 yards and six touchdowns last season, his third with the Bears. In three seasons with Chicago, he had 244 catches for 3,012 yards and 20 touchdowns.
Moore has a history with new Bills head coach Joe Brady, who was the offensive coordinator with the Carolina Panthers in 2020 and 2021 when Moore had 1,193 receiving yards in 2020 and 1,157 receiving yards in 2021.
