BBC The Traitors fans 'fuming' after Frankie and Charlotte 'confrontation'

The Traitors finale aired on Friday night (January 24), and fans were "fuming" after Frankie confronted Charlotte to find out whether she was a traitor.

The hit BBC show returned for its third series at the beginning of 2025. In the last episode, Frankie was granted the ultimate power to be "the seer" meaning that she could pick any other contestant and ask them one-on-one whether they are a traitor or faithful.

Torn between Alexander who she didn't trust and Charlotte, Frankie chose the latter as she wanted to confirm that she could trust her. However, Frankie was in shock as she shakily opened the envelope and revealed that Charlotte was actually a traitor.

Frankie became upset and was in shock that Charlotte had been lying to the group this whole time. She then admitted she was worried that Charlotte would try and convince the others that she was the traitor instead.

Charlotte attempted to twist the narrative at the breakfast table, and even fake cried to Leanne trying to convince her that Frankie was the actual traitor. Fans were angry at the situation, and went on social media to complain.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), @StuBallBaggins wrote: "She can’t tell anyone. Fuming." @theatresnob added: "So Frankie knows but can’t tell anyone?! That can’t be it!"

@ashmcgregor echoed: "If Charlotte manages to wriggle out by setting up Frankie as the mad old lady or the traitor I will be fuming".
