BBC Comic Relief's The Traitors: The Movie full cast and celebrity line-up

Hit reality TV show The Traitors is getting a star-studded spin-off as part of this year's Comic Relief.

The annual fundraiser is back on Friday night with a host of famous faces once again looking to make the nation laugh in a bid to raise millions of pounds for charity.

Red Nose Day 2024's evening show, being broadcast live from Media City UK in Salford, will be hosted by Sir Lenny Henry, Joel Dommett, Davina McCall, Paddy McGuiness, Romesh Ranganathan and David Tennant - with Maya Jama and Rosie Ramsey also making their Comic Relief debut.

Several comedy sketches will be aired during the night including The Traitors: The Movie - a spoof version of the BBC show which captivated the nation.

Among the celebrities starring in the sketch is Gentleman Jack star Suranne Jones - who looks unrecognisable as The Traitors host Claudia Winkleman.

Speaking ahead of Friday Suranne said: “I’ve grown up with Comic Relief and every year I think I must do something, so it’s an absolute thrill to be cast.

“I watched The Traitors and I love Claudia, so everything is done with love as I step into her shoes. The most important thing is we are raising money for really important causes. So, we are having fun, but the main thing will always be the causes.”

As mentioned Doctor Foster and former Coronation Street star Suranne Jones plays the role of host Claudia Winkleman.

Smack The Pony's Sally Phillips plays the role of faithful contestant Diane - who was ruthlessly murdered with a glass of fizzy rose in the series by Miles. Ghosts’ Kiell Smith-Bynoe plays Miles.
