BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty calls out Saturday Kitchen director after awkward mishap

BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty didn't hold back when she called out a Saturday Kitchen star following an on-air mishap.

In the episode aired on January 11, Naga was presenting alongside her colleague Charlie Stayt, covering the morning's main news items.

As the show neared its conclusion, they switched over to Saturday Kitchen where host Matt Tebbutt was about to tease what was in store for viewers, reports the Express.

Addressing his guest, Matt announced: "Our special guest today is the wonderful Emilia Fox. Yeah, thank you what a surprise that was."

Emilia disclosed her culinary preferences, saying: "My heaven would be something with white fish and ginger and lemon grass or something like that because it's fresh. Hell would be something heavy like red meat, steak or anything with blue cheese because I'm not a fan of blue cheese."

Following the segment, Matt detailed the upcoming features of the show before adding: "Well there you go, there is a lot going on."
