Bank holiday traffic and weather latest as Wales set to bask in 'glorious' sunshine
Wales is set to bask in 'glorious sunshine' this bank holiday Monday, with no rain forecast and temperatures of 28 °C expected. If these temperatures are reached, some parts of the country will be hotter than the popular holiday destination of Tenerife.
Now is the time to get outside and enjoy the weather however as a change is on the way. The Met Office forecast for Wales says: "Hot sunshine today. Then turning much more unsettled."
Beaches, parks and roads are expected to be busy as people head out to make the most of the warm weather.
