Austria's Julia Scheib raced to a grand slalom victory Sunday to conclude a women's alpine skiing World Cup stop in Mont-Tremblant, Que.

Scheib finished with a two-run time of two minutes 13 seconds to pick up her third grand slalom medal of the season.

She also won gold at home in Soelden on Oct., 25 and took silver last week at Copper Mountain, Colo.

This was the second career World Cup win for Scheib, who also captured the first GS race of the season in Austria.

"It's very special," Scheib said. "The slope wasn't the easiest for me."
