Aston Villa loanee Keinan Davis makes Nottingham Forest admission

Aston Villa loanee Keinan Davis has admitted he would accept a permanent move to Nottingham Forest this summer.

The 24-year-old joined Forest on loan for the remainder of the season in the January transfer window and speaking to BirminghamLive, when asked if he’d accept a permanent move to Nottingham in the summer, he had the following response.

Davis has made 10 appearances for Forest in the Sky Bet Championship since joining in January, scoring four goals in those matches.

The forward has also featured in all three of the club’s FA Cup matches, in which they have progressed to the quarter-finals and face Liverpool on Sunday.

Looking ahead to the summer and the potential of a permanent move, Davis expanded the kind of contact he is having with his parent club Aston Villa whilst out on loan.

“I’ve not had any conversations with anyone about what might happen in the summer. I’ve just got to go out there and keep enjoying myself each game,” he explained.
