ASDA hit with sizing complaints after showcasing underwear models with stretchmarks and vitiligo

Supermarket giant ASDA angered some shoppers after it posted an image of models with stretch marks and vitiligo modelling its nude padded T-shirt bras.

ASDA shared an image of three gorgeous models wearing its padded T-shirt bra range in three different nude colours.

The post was flooded with comments praising ASDA for showcasing such a diverse group of models.

binney_bee praised: "Wonderful a model with vitiligo!"

missfield999 agreed: "And love that this isn't photoshopped so we can see their actual skin texture!"

katielee8600 exclaimed: "Refreshing!!"

However, others took the opportunity to complain about the size of bras on offer at ASDA.

sxmmiehope wrote: "Love this but please can you be more size inclusive. I love your bras but anyone above a G can’t shop and it sucks. Sick of seeing gorgeous lingerie and knowing I can’t wear any of it."

katherinedonnelly76 said: "Really wish you did bigger sizes though.."

We took a look on the ASDA website, and the bras shown on the models range from 32B to 42F, so there is a large range available to shoppers in multiple styles.

When approached by ASDA, a spoksperson explained to Manchester Evening News that the supermarket did used to sell large bras, up to size J, but unfortunately due to low demand and sales, it stopped offering the bigger sizes. It is, however, something ASDA continues to monitor from its customer base and feedback on a regular basis.
