Arsenal urged to make 'frightening' N'Golo Kante signing if Chelsea transfer offer is available

Arsenal have been urged to sign Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante this summer by former striker Kevin Campbell. It comes after the Gunners have been linked with a move for the Frenchman.
