A successful decade for the Gunners brought exciting players to the club, but not all of their signings panned out the way they were supposed to.

The 1990s gave Arsenal fans in North London much to be excited about, including the arrival of Gunners legend Arsene Wenger in 1996. 

The introduction of the Premier League in 1992 meant that Arsenal, along with many other big clubs, had to make a statement to the rest of the league that they meant business.

Two league titles, two FA Cups and the League Cup over the course of the decade gave Arsenal a good setting stone to go into the noughties as a truly feared Premier League side. 

This allowed them to attract some big names and exceptional talents to the Emirates, who often lit up the Premier League every time they graced the pitch. 

Players such as Dennis Bergkamp, Patrick Viera, David Seaman, Marc Overmars, Ian Wright and many more were just a few household names that many teams dreaded to face.
