Arsenal 'line up Isak, Calvert-Lewin and Neves in record spree'
Arsenal are plotting a remarkable £180million spending spree next summer in what would be a record window for the club, according to reports.
In yet another show of faith in manager Mikel Arteta, owner Stan Kroenke is thought to be ready to inject funds into the squad to continue the overhaul.
And, as claimed by The Sun, strikers Alexander Isak, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and midfielder Ruben Neves have all been lined up as potential future targets.
None of the players on their wishlist for next season will come cheap, however.
Real Sociedad frontman Isak has a release clause worth £75m in his contract, while Everton ace Calvert-Lewin is valued at a hefty £60million.
To tempt Neves away from Wolves, Arsenal would also have to stump up another £45m - a sum which would take their overall spending to the limits of their war chest.
The same report goes on to add that the north London outfit view their targets as young, driven players with another quality to take them 'to the next level'.
Last summer, Arteta was able to splurge £150m on Ben White, Martin Odegaard, Aaron Ramsdale, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Nuno Tavares.
