Arsenal legend Ian Wright posted a cheeky Twitter dig at Wolverhampton Wanderers following Thursday’s dramatic victory, having slammed the visitors’ time-wasting at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners secured a late three points in north London as Alexandre Lacazette ’s drive was deflected into his own net by Wolves stopper Jose Sa after Nicolas Pepe had cancelled out Hwang-Hee Chan’s opener.

The goal triggered wild celebrations at the Emirates Stadium both on the pitch and in the stands - with the three points representing a huge boost to Arsenal ’s hopes of returning to the Champions League next term.

One man who was certainly revelling in the win was Gunners icon Ian Wright, who posted a number of things throughout the evening that Arsenal supporters will love to have seen.

After the full-time whistle at the Emirates Stadium, the former striker posted a simple selfie of himself with a wide grin on his face. Lacking a caption, it was left up to the imagination to decide what the 58-year-old was thinking.

However, he then gave an insight into his emotions with a brutal verdict on Wolves' display and in the end Arsenal’s victory.
