Appeals court overturns West Virginia transgender sports ban - ESPN

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A federal appeals court has overturned a West Virginia transgender sports ban, finding that the law violates Title IX, the federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools.
