Antrim Ferrari Jordan Brown beaten by Tom Ford in China semi-final

England's Tom Ford made three centuries in succession as he beat Antrim’s Jordan Brown 9-6 to reach the final of the International Championship.

The Antrim Ferrari won the first three frames in Tianjin and only relinquished the lead for the first time in the match when Ford made breaks of 133 and 101 either side of the interval midway through the evening session.

Another century took Ford to within a frame of victory and a break of 57 secured a third ranking final appearance for the 40-year-old from Leicester.

Ford, who is seeking a first ranking title, will face either seven-time world champion Ronnie O’Sullivan or China’s Zhang Anda in Sunday’s final.
