Antonio Conte can look to prove Premier League duo right with major Tottenham change

Michail Antonio and Callum Wilson have both had their say on the grounds they have played at and made a claim about the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium that Spurs are currently failing to fulfil.

The Lilywhites have won seven of their home games in the Premier League so far this season, drawing one and losing four.

Their away form has been worse, winning and losing the same amount (4) and drawing two, which leaves them currently sitting eighth in the table.

Tottenham's last two league fixtures were home games, which gave them a chance to get some much needed points on the table to help close the gap between them and the top four, but they failed to do so in either.

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium opened almost three years ago and the time and money that went in to building it hasn't disappointed.

Premier League players Callum Wilson and Michail Antonio agree with this, with the West Ham striker being the first visiting player to score after the opening of the stadium.

The duo were speaking on BBC Sounds The Footballer's Football Podcast about the best grounds they have played at.

"If we’re talking of a stadium, in terms of facilities and a building, Tottenham has to be the best stadium nowadays," Wilson admitted.

"The way that they have built that is unreal, it’s a great platform to play football on.

"You walk in, you feel like a football player and you feel like you’re going to be going to war today within that arena. Definitely, in terms of a building that’s up there with one of the best," he added.

Antonio agreed with the Newcastle striker, "In terms of building I agree with you, Tottenham.

"The way they have done it is unbelievable. Spent loads of money on it and it’s prime and proper, to be fair."
