Anthony Joshua in incredible as he takes up Oleksandr Usyk's training challenge

Being Anthony Joshua hasn’t been very easy in recent times.

The Brit has twice been well-beaten by Oleksandr Usyk, with the latter of the two losses being the most humiliating.

Now, as he eyes a return to winning ways in potential all-British mega fight against Tyson Fury, Joshua has chosen to train the Usyk way, i.e. his incredible swimming training.

Speaking ahead of Usyk’s fight against Joshua, the Ukrainian’s manager Egis Klimas explained the training method in detail – and the pride experienced seeing Usyk work so hard. He said:

“I’ve never seen anybody holding his breath underwater for four minutes and 40 seconds – almost passing away, shaking himself.

“And then I ask him ‘What’s wrong with you?’ he said ‘I know I have a trainer behind me, he’s not going to let me drown, he’s going to pull me out.’

“And I hope all of this is going to be helping him on Saturday night.”

“Our guy, Tyson Fury, wants to fight this year. I tried to see if we could get Usyk this year and apparently
