Allianz Hurling League Division 2B/3A/3B round-up
Sligo produced a gutsy second-half display to turn over Donegal 1-20 to 1-19 in their Allianz Hurling League Division 2B semi-final clash on Saturday.
They were six points down at the break, with Daire Ó Maoiléidigh's goal helping Donegal into a 1-10 to 0-07 interval lead.
However Sligo played with real vigour on the turnaround, and Andy Kilcullen's 60th-minute goal on the hour mark provided them with crucial momentum.
Conor Hanniffy, Andy Kilcullen and Joe McHugh all nailed scores on the home straight to dig out a big victory.
In the Division 2B relegation play-off at Bord na Móna O'Connor Park Wicklow got the better of Mayo 0-16 to 0-15.
Armagh had too much for Roscommon in the Division 3A semi-final at Dr, Hyde Park, closing out a 1-22 to 0-20 win.
The Rossies led 0-13 to 0-10 at half-time despite having captain Padraig Kelly sent off. They kept toiling manfully but Darren Fallon's dismissal in the second period was too much for Roscommon to overcome, and Shea Harvey's goal tipped the scales in Armagh's favour. They'll meet Tyrone in the decider.
And Longford defeated Leitrim 1-23 to 2-13 at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park in the 3B semi-final, Emmet Corrigan's goal giving the breathing room they would not relinquish.
