All systems go for Ireland after captain's run

Ireland have reported a clean bill of health ahead of tomorrow's World Cup clash against Tonga in Nantes.

All 23 of the match-day squad came through the captain's run at a scorching Stade de la Beaujoire, where the temperature hit the high 20s.

The Pool B game kicks off at 8pm Irish time on Saturday.
