It's set to be another busy weekend across the English Football League (EFL) and there could be a number of issues sorted as the regular season nears its conclusion.

The busy Easter schedule saw a clutch of teams celebrate or commiserate. Fulham had to wait a while before sealing promotion to the Premier League. Elsewhere it was pain for Derby County as their demotion to League One was confirmed on Easter Monday. It means the troubled Rams will spend a first season in the third tier since 1986.

Here, looks at all the potential ups and downs that could be rubber-stamped this weekend.

Saturday sees a mouth-watering clash when the Championship's top two face-off at the Vitality Stadium.

Fulham travel to Bournemouth on the back of sealing an immediate promotion back to the Premier League in midweek. The Cherries cannot seal their place in the top flight, regardless of what happens on Saturday. Nevertheless a win would move them a step closer to automatic promotion.

Even if they do win, and Huddersfield, Luton and Nottingham Forest all lose, the latter could still effectively catch them with four games left to play. At the bottom of the table, Derby County were relegated on Easter Monday. Barnsley will join them in League One next season if they lose or draw away at Huddersfield on Friday night.
