Ahsoka: How to watch latest Star Wars series, episode count and release time
Star Wars fans only have a short wait until they can finally watch the highly-anticipated Ahsoka series as it airs on Disney+.
Set after the fall of the Empire, it follows Rosario Dawson as former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy. Natasha Liu Bordizzo will play Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead is Hera Syndulla and Ray Stevenson will play Baylan Skoll.
The official trailer also hinted that Sabine could now be a Jedi, while giving fans a look at the first ever live-action Grand Admiral Thrawn. Lars Mikkelsen, who voiced the blue-skinned, red-eyed villain in the animated Star Wars Rebels, will reprise his role in Ahsoka.

Also joining the Ahsoka cast is Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth and David Tennant as Huyang, while Eman Esfandi is appearing as Ezra Bridger.
Ahsoka herself was first introduced in the 2008 The Clone Wars film and subsequent TV series, played by Ashley Eckstein. She was a teen apprentice to Anakin Skywalker and has been on quite the journey since.
From witnessing her master turn to the Dark Side, to aiding the Rebellion against The Empire, Ahsoka has also featured in the Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, this time portrayed by Rosario.

The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. The Mandalorian's Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer.
The new series will premiere with its first two episodes on Disney+ on Wednesday August
