AEW: Chris Jericho vs Bryan Danielson confirmed for All Out

Sunday, September 4th, All Out, a dream match comes true as Bryan Danielson takes on ‘The Lionheart’ Chris Jericho.

Jericho and Danielson have known each other for 15 years, with Jericho even being Danielson’s mentor when he was first introduced to WWE during his time in NXT.

However, over the 15 years, Danielson’s resume has cemented him as one of if not the greatest professional wrestlers today.

Their rivalry was ignited after Double Or Nothing when Jericho and Jake Hager put Danielson to sleep, securing their victory over the Blackpool Combat Club.

Since then, it is unknown if Danielson has been able to reach 100% again, with his condition causing him to pass out once more in a loss to Daniel Garcia, which gave the young star the nickname ‘The Dragon Slayer’.

Nonetheless, the Jericho and Danielson match has been brewing for some time, and Garcia could be the catalyst of it all.

Jericho looks to keep the Jericho Appreciation Society stronger than ever and continue to grow Garcia as the best technical ‘sports entertainer’ whereas Danielson wants Garcia to be the best technical ‘wrestler’ and potentially sway him to join the Blackpool Combat Club.

The last time Jericho brought out the Lionheart, it was against AEW World Champion and fellow Blackpool Combat Club member Jon Moxley, but Jericho fell short.

Therefore, ‘The Lionheart’ will be looking to get revenge and cement himself as the greatest sports entertainer and wrestler of all time.

You can watch AEW and All Out internationally on FITE TV.
