Adelaide Crows, Fremantle and Gold Coast Suns score AFLW victories in round two

Adelaide captain Chelsea Randall will undergo more knee scans after being injured during her side's 13-point victory against North Melbourne.

Meanwhile, Fremantle defeated GWS by 32 points and Gold Coast broke its run of losses with a 13-point triumph over the Eagles during round two on Sunday.

At Norwood Oval, Randall was put on ice after landing awkwardly following a marking contest in the last quarter of Adelaide's 5.7 (37) to 3.6 (24) win.

The Crows' dual premiership skipper missed the entire 2021 season after having a knee reconstruction.

A week after kicking four majors in the season opener, Woodland repeated the feat against the plucky Kangaroos.

Woodland combined well with Stevie-Lee Thompson (15 disposals, one goal) in attack while teammates Anne Hatchard (29 disposals, 14 marks) and Erin Phillips (23 touches) were outstanding.

The Crows have now banked consecutive wins to start the season.

The Kangaroos have a win and a loss despite the best efforts of midfielders Ashleigh Riddell and Emma Kearney.

The Dockers booted four goals in a 10-minute burst to lay the platform for a comprehensive 7.10 (52) to 2.8 (20) win at Whitten Oval in Melbourne.

Fremantle skipper Hayley Miller produced 19 disposals, one goal, seven tackles and six marks in the win.

Her teammates Gemma Houghton (two goals) and Kiara Bowers (14 disposals, one goal) were also standouts as the Dockers chalked consecutive triumphs to open their season.

The Giants, now square with a win and a defeat, were superbly served by Alicia Eva who collected a match-high 26 disposals.

Her teammates Alyce Parker (19 disposals) and Katherine Smith (14
