Adam Thomas gives emotional first glimpse inside new family home after admitting to 'stressful' patch

Adam Thomas has given an emotional first look inside his new family home after he and his wife 'didn't think it was possible'. The former Emmerdale star and wife Caroline shared a video of them finding out they had an offer accepted on a house that they had 'no intentions of actually buying'.

The black and white clip, set to Empire of the Sun track, Walking on a Dream, saw Caroline appearing to confirm the sale over the phone, with the mum-of-two struggling to hold back tears as she and Adam celebrated with their two children Teddy, seven, and four-year-old Elsie-Rose.

The kids could be seen grinning over the news before jumping up and down as Adam, 33, fist pumped the air in celebration. Caroline, however, was clearly overcome with emotion before embracing her children and husband.

"Does anyone else go on Rightmove flicking through houses you can’t afford … thinking one day!!" Adam penned to his followers. "We’ll that’s what me and @carolinethomas23 do [crying laughing emojis] but one day we decided to go and view one, with no intentions of actually buying it haha but we fell in love!!!!" He continued to explain: "1 hour later we put an offer in… a few days later they accepted the offer!! It was repossessed… so we had to find the money and a mortgage in 21 days!!!"

Adam shared: "We didn’t think it was possible!!! Well it was!! " He then teased: "Not gonna give too much away just yet…but here’s the moment we found out we were getting the keys and showing lil Ted his new room!!
