Adam Thomas cheered on and supported by his fans after 'good days and bad days' admission

Adam Thomas has been cheered on and supported by his fans as he openly admitted to the 'good days and bad days' amid his plans for a transformation. Back in April, the Waterloo Road actor shared how he wanted to 'get motivated again' after previously undergoing a dramatic body overhaul.

In June last year, Adam shared a glimpse into his journey after admitting to hiding his body for years. He was then seen showing off his new ripped physique but more importantly enjoying a splash in the pool with his son, Teddy, during a family holiday and sharing happier times with his children and wife, Caroline.
