I really like the look of this potential deal, but I am not too sure if it is one that will happen. 

Coventry City are progressing at an excellent rate, and so is Elliot Anderson, making the two a good fit. 

Ultimately, half of the Championship are after the 19-year-old at the moment, and rightly so, but the level of competition that the Robins are facing means it will be a difficult one for the Sky Blues to complete. 

However, Mark Robins is a brilliant manager who is not frightened to deploy youth in attacking positions, whilst he is someone who could be given a similar level of attacking freedom as Callum O’Hare. 

His arrival would unlikely impact O’Hare’s starting XI position, instead, the versatility of the pair could be key in them forming an excellent bond. 

There’s no doubt that Elliot Anderson has had an impressive 2022 so far.

Going away on loan to the other end of the country at Bristol Rovers has resulted in an impressive six goals and three assists in 18 League Two appearances for the 19-year-old. 

His performances more than warrant attention from clubs such as Coventry City and a step up in levels next campaign.
