22 000 sq m business center is up for sale in Kyiv

Forum Group Ukraine - the largest player of Kyiv’s office real estate market has announced the sale of a class B office park in Kyiv with an total area of 21.568 thousand sq m.

According to the Prozorro, electronic public procurement, the facility consists of two buildings, huge parking lot and a park zone. An autonomous wood pallets heating system will fully cover the needs for heating of the complex.

Forum Satellite is located at 4 Heroiv Kosmosu Street in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, close to major traffic routes such as Kiltseva Doroha, Prospect Peremogi Lesia Kurbasa Avenue and a high-speed tram. Featuring a roomy land plot of 3.2 hectares with 1.3 hectares of paved parking area and one full hectare of green park zone.

The first building of the complex consists of nine floors and is equipped by two OTIS lifts with a capacity of 600 kg and 1,000 kg. In addition there is a one ton hydraulic lift. The second building has three floors and is equipped with a 1 000 kg hydraulic lift.

There is an area suitable for a shop or warehouse on the ground floor of the office centre which comprises of almost 4000 square meters. The interior of the office centre is renovated.
