In Boston's decisive 126-110, Game 2 win over the Pacers last Thursday, Brown racked up 40 points and five boards to help lift the Celtics to a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals.

His odds to be named ECF MVP surged to -110 from +500 overnight, moving him past Tatum as the odds-on favorite. 

Tatum's odds lengthened to +115 after being the heavy favorite at -275.

However, in Game 3, Tatum went off for 36 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists to help Boston take a 3-0 lead, and he retook the top spot on the ECF MVP oddsboard at -200.
