2023 NBA playoffs - First-round series, Finals, MVP odds

The 2023 NBA Playoffs continue on Friday night as the Boston Celtics look to take a commanding 3-0 series lead on the Atlanta Hawks and Julius Randle, Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks attempt to take a 2-1 series lead on the Cleveland Cavaliers. In the last game of Friday night, the Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves will face off as Denver looks to steal a game at home and inch closer to a first-round sweep.

After Thursday's games the Celtics are currently betting favorites to win the NBA Championship at +290, followed by the Milwaukee Bucks (+300) Phoenix Suns (+500) Denver Nuggets (+800) and Philadelphia 76ers (+850).
