19 notorious criminals from around the UK jailed in May
A woman who killed the one-year-old boy she was hoping to adopt and an aspiring rock star who brutally murdered a teenage girl he snatched from a bus stop were just two of the notorious criminals from across the UK locked up last month.
Other offenders facing lengthy jail terms include a man who stabbed his landlords to death after becoming paranoid about Covid during the first national lockdown and a father who killed his two-year-old son. An actress who carried out a string of sex attacks on a teenage girl with her husband, a nurse who filmed up the gowns of unconscious women patients and a disgraced former MP were also put behind bars in May.
These are some of the most shocking court cases that have been widely reported in the UK in recent weeks.
