'10-year contract' - Man City fans send Sheikh Mansour message after Pep Guardiola meeting
Manchester City might only be two weeks removed from clinching the Premier League title in dramatic fashion on the final day of the season, but Pep Guardiola is already hard at work making preparations for next season.
After another successful season at the Etihad Stadium, Guardiola flew out to Abu Dhabi to meet the City owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan to discuss the season just gone and to discuss plans for the next campaign.
Photos of the meeting - also attended by City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak - were posted from the Sheikh's Twitter account.
"Yesterday [Saturday], His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola," the post read.

"The meeting was attended by Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors. The meeting came in the wake of the club's recent victory in the English Premier League, and to discuss plans for the next season 2022/2023."
City fans have been guessing what might have been discussed, with many hoping that a new contract for Guardiola was high on the agenda. Pep recently said that he is in no rush to make a decision on his future, but you never know...
