Kieron Pollard and New Zealand's Trent Boult will represent MI Emirates in the inaugural International League T20 tournament in the United Arab Emirates, the Abu Dhabi-based franchise owned by Reliance Industries said on Friday. The Indian conglomerate also owns Pollard's Indian Premier League (IPL) team Mumbai Indians and the Cape Town-based franchise in an upcoming Twenty20 league in South Africa.

Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Trent Boult and Dwayne Bravo are some of the high-profile names to be signed by MI Emirates for the inaugural edition of UAE's International League T20. The squad will be based in Abu Dhabi, and includes a mix of current and past MI players. The players will adorn MI's iconic blue and gold amongst the others. The players have been signed as per the league guidelines and the local players from UAE will be added to the squad in the near future.
Pollard, Pooran and Bravo to play UAE's ILT20
Kieron Pollard, current captain Nicholas Pooran and superstar Dwayne Bravo have signed for the cash-rich International League T20 (ILT20), which will be run by majority of IPL franchises under the aegis of Emirates Cricket Board. The ILT20's inaugural edition is expected to start in January, 2023.
