India made it clear that they will not be travelling to Pakistan for the tournament while PCB has stayed adamant that they will not be shifting to a 'hybrid' structure. According to the report, Jay Shah will meet the ICC officials in Dubai and later, he will hold a telephonic conversation with Naqvi where they will try to reach a possible conclusion to the crisis.
