Charlie Patino came off the bench to fire home and rescue a point for Swansea City against fellow Championship strugglers Huddersfield Town at the Swansea.com Stadium. A Ben Cabango own goal after three minutes handed the visitors the lead and, despite Swansea creating a hatful of chances after the break, looked to be enough to hand the Terriers the win. However, Patino popped up deep into stoppage time to net a potentially precious equaliser.
