Lotto-Soudal sprinter Caleb Ewan and Alpecin-Deceuninck have been fined by race organisers for executing an unacceptable drafting manoeuvre on Stage 13 of the Tour de France. After a heavy crash which left Ewan injured and the entire Lotto-Soudal team temporarily grounded, the Australian sprinter was desperate to get back in touch with the race and was seen to have drafted off the Alpecin-Deceuninck car.
