Belle Vue Park in Newport sealed off after man found unresponsive
A park in Newport was closed for several hours this morning due to a police incident. Officers taped off the entrances to Belle Vue Park on Tuesday morning after a 59-year-old man was found unresponsive on Sunday evening. He remains in hospital in a stable condition and enquiries are ongoing. The park reopened after 2pm but its bandstand remains sealed off.
