Power restored to 48000 homes in north west as region braces for named Storm Jocelyn
Engineers are continuing the fight to restore power to the homes of thousands of people across the north west following severe power cuts caused by Storm Isha, as another named storm begins to build and barrel its way to the UK. With 48000 homes in the north west able to use their electricity again, forecasters are now keeping an eye on Storm Jocelyn, which is due to hit the region tomorrow (January 23).
