Wójcik Racing Team has taken pole position in the Superstock category for the second consecutive round of the FIM Endurance World Cup with flying performances from Kevin Manfredi and Danny Webb giving the Polish squad the edge over its rivals. With Marek Szkopek completing its PKN ORLEN-backed entry, the Yamaha-powered outfit headed Team 18 Sapeurs Pompiers CMS Motostore and National Moto in a closely-matched qualifying for the 100th-anniversary Bol d’Or. Ad As was the case in First Qualifying, Manfredi was the rider to beat in the Blue Rider section, completing the 20-minute session with a category-topping time of 1m54.788s.

YART – Yamaha Official Team EWC could be the outfit to watch when the Bol d’Or goes from day to night on Saturday. The Austrian team completed the hour-long Night Practice at Circuit Paul Ricard with a table-topping fastest time of 1m52.977s.
BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team’s Markus Reiterberger began First Qualifying for the 100th-anniversary Bol d’Or just like he’d finished this morning’s unofficial private practice with the fastest lap at Circuit Paul Ricard, as the Belgian team’s riders went quickest in three of the four segments. The two-time FIM Endurance World Championship race winner from Germany was quickest among the Blue Riders in a time of 1m52.267s. Josh Hook left it late to go second fastest for F.C.C.
American Racing’s Cameron Beaubier has called time on his Grand Prix career after two seasons in the Moto2 World Championship.
With the FIM Speedway Grand Prix heading to Sweden for round 9 in Malilla, wild card Oliver Berntzon is hoping to put in a good display in front of his home supporters, which will hopefully set him on his way back to qualifying for the series full-time again in future. Berntzon last qualified for the SGP for the 2021 season but endured a difficult campaign in which he failed to reach a semi-final in 11 meetings and finished 15th overall.
